Motorcycle Track Clinics

Total Control Training

Our Track Clinic is a truly different learning experience. The prerequisite is having taken the TC ARCSM which is a fantastic day of learning on a closed course. The Track Clinic expands that experience and ups the volume considerably. You and your street or track motorcycle get onto a designated race track and practice with professional observation and instruction the advanced riding techniques you learned in our Advanced Riding Clinics. All of the professional observers are ARC instructors and provide you with feedback and advise based on your riding on the track at road speeds. Each hour of the day is spent on different exercises (just like the ARC classes) and each student rides the track, practices in the training lot and takes time to relax, as there are three 20 minute sessions (track, practice, break) for each hour of the day.

Day One (Saturday)

You head out of the paddock and onto the track to ride laps, we have placed on the track ARC instructors in key locations to professionally observe your riding and via a radio they provide feedback to instructors in the hot pit lane. After three laps you pull into the hot pit lane and up to one of the instructors and he or she provides you with personalized feedback on your riding, then you go right back out on the track for more practice and apply the feedback that the instructor just gave you. There is also open free practice at the end of the day. Additionally we provide instruction and review of our Advanced Riding Clinics to you when you are not on the track riding to help reinforce the learning and development. During your ARC class we taught you about suspension. At the Track Clinic, our instructors preform real time suspension adjustments in the hot pit lane to get your motorcycle preforming as effectively as possible. Just like the rest of the day, 3 laps and back in to hot pit lane to get/give feedback about your suspension. It's just like having your own factory suspension technician to optimize your motorcycles handling performance!

Day Two (Sunday)

Day two is a day of practice and open track sessions, there is no formalized instruction. We do provide instructors to the group as a whole (both on track and in the paddock) to provide feedback to you should you want additional training. Track Practice is a great opportunity to continue to develop what you learned at our Advanced Riding Clinics and on day one of the Track Clinic.

The Total Control Track Clinic Promises

The Total Control team is committed to making you a better and safer rider and, in doing so, makes these promises:

Specific, measurable improvement in your riding

No matter what skill level you are now, the Total Control ARC will make a recognizable difference in your ability to control your bike.

Better understanding of how your bike works

How what you do affects your bike's ability to maintain traction and control.

The ability to self-diagnose riding problems in the future

While it's great to be able to ride better in front of a skilled coach, it's equally important to be able to coach yourself when you detect a riding problem in the future. There are enough support materials in our package to help make sure you won't forget what you learned during your training.

High teacher-to-student ratio

Each class is divided in groups with never more than six students per instructor for lots of individual attention and support.

Friendly, professional service

The Total Control ARC instructors are highly trained and carefully handpicked for their teaching abilities and friendly dispositions. Your experience at the Total Control ARC will be a positive one.
